Attorney Profiles

Jay Chiu practices in the area of intellectual property and commercial litigations.  Mr. Chiu is a licensed patent attorney.  He represents plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition.  Mr. Chiu also practices corporate securities and antitrust areas of commercial litigation.
 
During law school, Mr. Chiu served as an appellate extern for California Court of Appeals, and as a postgraduate, he served as a judicial extern for U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Central District Court of California.
