Min K. Chai practices corporate law with an emphasis in representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, private offerings, and other corporate and business transactions. Prior to joining Oswald & Yap, Ms. Chai represented international clients in various international business transactions involving project development and project financings transactions, IT/IP licensing transactions,and general corporate matters. Ms. Chai was involved in some of the most recent high profile deals in Asia, including the Youngduk Wind Power Project, a 39.6 MW wind farm power project in North Kyongsang, Republic of Korea, which was the first wind powered independent power project constructed in Korea; and the Gangwon Wind Power Project, a 100 MW wind power project in Korea developed by Unison Co., Ltd. Ms. Chai is an executive director and vice president of the Korean American Bar Association of Orange County, and a director and president-elect of the Korean American Coalition of Orange County. She is also a member of the International Association of Korean Lawyers.
