Zach Reeves is a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Law groups. Zach’s practice specializes in counseling public and private corporations on a broad range of corporate and securities transactional matters, including corporate formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, asset purchase transactions, corporate finance, private offerings, and public company compliance and disclosure filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Zach attended the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California, Davis where he was a member of the Track & Field team and earned All-American honors in the hammer throw.
