Our building is a two story tan building with blue awnings, we own the entire building so there is no suite number, just tell the receptionist who you would like to see.

From 5 South:

• Exit Sand Canyon Avenue, exit 96A
• Turn right onto Sand Canyon Avenue
• Travel approximately 1.5 miles
• Turn left at red light which is a street called “Hoag Irvine”
• Turn left at stop sign

Oswald & Yap is on the left after Wright Ford & Young, Accountants and before Candlewood Suites hotel

From 405 South:

• Exit Shady Canyon/Sand Canyon, exit 3
• Turn left onto Sand Canyon Avenue
• Proceed straight through major intersection at Alton and Sand Canyon
• Turn right at next red light which is a street called “Hoag Irvine”
• Turn left at stop sign
